All prices on Secret Caravan are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive VAT.
Payments are made via Paypal (for credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards).
PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely without any extra charges.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit card.
For orders within Greece, we also accept Bank Transfer.
Please note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, there are some delays with delivery times.
All orders are carefully wrapped and shipped within 2 to 4 business days (excluding sale periods that may take more).
We’ll email you to let you know when your order is dispatched, including its tracking information.
We will also notify you, if there is a delivery delay. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and delivery country and you can see them when all items are placed in the cart.

Secret Caravan does not accept responsibility for any additional taxes and duties and these charges are to be paid
by the purchaser.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so in case you are not, please send us an email within 7 days to email@example.com, with your order number and return request.
You will then receive an email with instructions on the return shipping.
Please ensure the returned goods are in original condition (unused & undamaged) and in original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you use registered post with a tracking number, to ensure that the package won’t get lost on their way back to us.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to us.
Once we receive your package in original condition, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You will be credited the total amount for the returned goods
to the same credit card used to make the original purchase within 30 days. You will be also notified when your refund has been processed.
Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded, but we’ll give you 5€ in store credit for a future order.
If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it to us for a refund and then you can place a new order.
